The Challenge

Previously the Incident Reporting system primarily recorded store incidents and actions after the event.

The requirement was to move from a database recording incidents and actions to a proactive system where the security team can see tasks to be completed, and management can more easily track progress.

A Web based solution would allow staff to review tasks from their mobile phones, regardless of brand.
